Shipping policy
Processing Time: All items are custom-made to order with personalized embroidery. Please allow 7-10 business days for production before your order ships. During peak seasons (holidays, Mother's Day, etc.), processing times may be extended.
Shipping Methods: We ship via USPS/UPS with tracking provided for all orders. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Delivery Time:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after production is complete
- Expedited options may be available at checkout
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Custom Orders: Please note that because each item is personalized with custom embroidery, we cannot rush production. Plan accordingly if you need your item by a specific date.
